We are happy to announce that Mr. Jason Scharfman will be our speaker for this month's event of "CCC mentor dinner series".
Jason Scharfman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Corgentum Consulting, LLC. He is recognized as one of the leading experts in the field of hedge fund operational due diligence and is the author of Hedge Fund Operational Due Diligence: Understanding the Risks (John Wiley & Sons 2008) and the forthcoming Private Equity Operational Due Diligence: Tools to Evaluate Liquidity, Valuation and Documentation (John Wiley & Sons 2012). (http://corgentum.com/leadership/). He will share with our members about his insights in Due diligence pratices for hedge fund and priviate equity. It is a great opportunity for members who are interested in this career path.
The event will start at 6:30pm on May 9th (Wednesday evening), followed by a short introduction by a CCC board member. Please register it online ASAP. To ensure quality of our program, only the first 12 successfully registered members will be accepted. Dinner will be pre-ordered, and each attendee will contribute towards the cost of the speaker's meal. The cost per person is about $35 in total. The venue will be communicated to the confirmed attendees through email (in mid-town).
