Task management and leadership :
- Communication skills with management (fluent English - written, spoken would be a plus)
- Communication skills with team
- Has worked with American or European companies before
- Experienced team leader / project manager: can prioritize tasks, can manage the critical path, can work with team members skills to affect the right task to the right person, help talents to emerge
- Can work under time & requirement pressure
- Understand the roadmap, share Marketing & Product Management vision, keep the big picture in mind
- Focus on quality rather than speed
- Past experience with Mantis Bug Tracker (optional)
Tech background:
- Familiar with 3-tiers Web architecture
- Think ahead, anticipate, prepare the future by selecting iterative solutions that scale
- Familiar with Data Integration, Data Quality & Master Data Management principles would be a plus
Tech skills:
Must have:
- Java EE (not only SE), including EJBs, Web Services, JMS
- Eclipse RCP
- XML/XSD/XPath/XSLT – all XML-related standards
- Web interfaces (HTML, JS, CSS)
